Story

Our client’s vision is to investigate conceptual solutions for small single-family homes that are simple to construct, energy-efficient, and wind-resistant, offering lower purchase, maintenance, and operating costs for homeowners.

Using similar floor plans for triplexes and quadraplexes in a cluster-style development optimizes costs and improves walkability through open space park-like common areas.

Some of the client’s past custom residential projects in the Bahamas, US Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and South Florida were constructed using readily available steel-clad insulated panels and proprietary steel connections that withstood hurricanes with minimal impact damage.
