The builder collaborated with the client by providing expertise and practical input during the development of the conceptual design package, which is based on the client’s sketch plan.

The focal points of the house are the exterior patios (decks) facing Coral Bay (the Atlantic Ocean).

The builder’s role includes applying proprietary connections to an insulate panel system during construction. The builder has previously successfully constructed several homes in the USVI and Bermuda that have withstood hurricanes.
