Our client’s vision adds a second master suite and study to accommodate parents aging in place. This project, for a traditional two-story ranch style home circa 2015, is divided into three priorities.

Priority 1: Add a second Master Suite on the ground floor with a bedroom, a living area, and a full bath, plus laundry. On the second floor, above the new master suite, add office space with shelving and storage.

Priority 2: On the Ground Floor provide minor remodeling of the Kitchen and Great Room.

Priority 3: Revise the grading of the backyard to improve drainage to the street at the front of the house and expand the driveway for off-street parking.
