A single-family residence was built in 1975 with three bedrooms and two full baths. After a military son-in-law suffered injuries, the first phase project converted the hall bath for wheelchair access from an adjacent bedroom and provided accessibility changes to the house interior.

Second-phase project for an older child: converted a walk-in closet into a full bath, added a closet, and remodeled the bedroom. The entry courtyard was enclosed by iron screens and a gate. A new HVAC system was added, a water heater was installed, and the electrical panel was replaced.
