Single family residence built in 1975 with three bedrooms and two full baths. After a military son-in-law suffered injuries, the first phase project converted the hall bath for wheelchair access from an adjacent bedroom and provided accessibility changes to the house interior.

Second phase project, for an older child, converted a walk-in closed into a full bath, added a closet, and remodeled the bedroom. The entry courtyard changed with iron screens and gate. A new HVAC system and water heater were added, and the electrical panel changed.
