Established as a recognized purveyor of Latin-American cuisine across the I-10 Louisiana corridor as tenant in malls, Serranos Salsa Company established its first stand-alone brand marquee restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana. Signature brand elements included three dining areas, the lamp wall, and a hand painted mural over the bar.
Sadly, Serranos ceased operations.
