• During the period between 1984 and 1989, growth in New Jersey expanded much like what north central Texas experienced in the mid 1970's, and when the need arose for industrial warehouse space of medium size, few developers were meeting the challenge. Iron Mountain Industrial Park sensed this need and captured 350 acres for such a purpose. The first sixty acres were set aside for buildings from 11,000 to 80,000 square feet in size.
  • Aviron Computer Technologies approached the park for such a facility and this 56,100 SF building was developed for their purposes. Mountains and their slopes are typical landscape features of northern New Jersey. The Aviron buildings are built into the slopes, thus creating unique possibilities with all large buildings.
  • The office projection is 3,000 square feet and the warehouse rear is 48,100 square feet; two volume space with dock loading at the rear for ten trucks.
